What We Collect at Signup

Opening a BetRide account takes a handful of fields, not a full life story. We ask for your name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, country of residence and a password. We also record the IP address and device type you used to register, since this helps us flag duplicate accounts and protect the platform from fraud.

Verifying Your Identity: KYC Checks

How We Handle Payment Data

Card transactions are processed through payment providers that apply industry-standard encryption; BetRide does not store full card numbers or security codes on its own servers. What we retain is transaction metadata: the amount, currency, timestamp, and the last four digits of the card, which is enough to reconcile deposits and investigate disputes without holding sensitive card data.

Crypto deposits and withdrawals work differently. Blockchain transactions are public by nature, so wallet addresses and transaction hashes tied to your deposits are visible on the relevant chain regardless of what BetRide does internally. We log the wallet address you use so we can match incoming funds to your account and process withdrawals to the correct destination. We do not have access to your private keys and never ask for them.
